The following information displays:

•

Active Connection

. The current WAN interface the router is using.

•

Account Name

. The router model.

•

Firmware Version

. The version of the router firmware. It changes if you upgrade the

router firmware.

•

Ethernet Port

. The Ethernet WAN port.

MAC Address

. The Media Access Control address. This is the unique physical

address used by the Ethernet (LAN) port of the router.

IP Address

. The IP address used by the Ethernet (LAN) port of the router. The

default is 192.168.0.1.

Network Type

. The connection type on the Ethernet WAN port, for example

DHCP, PPTP, PPPoE, or L2TP.

IP Subnet Mask

. The IP subnet mask used by the Internet (WAN) port of the

router. Gateway IP Address.

Domain Name Server

. The Domain Name Server addresses used by the router.

A Domain Name Server translates human-language URLs such as

www.netgear.com into IP addresses.

•

Mobile Broadband Modem

. Information about the modem and SIM card.

Modem Identity

Modem SW version

. Software or firmware version.

Modem driver version

. Kernel driver version.

IMSI

. International Mobile Subscriber Identity.

IMEI

. International Mobile Station Equipment Identity.
