When should this option be used?

1. To temporarily prevent central station

reports and outgoing SMS messages

while testing the system. (Not essential

but useful)

2. To permanently disable the dialler if

using the panel without a SIM. (Highly

recommended)

Dialler buffer

Disabling the dialler also clears the

SMS and reporting queue. In addition,

the panel does not buffer any alarm

messages while the dialler is disabled

to prevent a flood of outgoing

messages once it is re-enabled.

While the dialler is disabled, the

keypad/s will show Signal Strength

level 0 (zero) even if a SIM card remains

fitted.

When this option is on the dialler is disabled even if telephone numbers and other dialler
options are programmed.
This option disables both incoming and outgoing communications. No alarm reports will be
sent and the dialler will ignore incoming SMS messages.
Turn this option on if you are using the panel as a local system without an active SIM card.
Leaving the dialler enabled without a SIM will generate unwanted dialler errors.
