CHAPTER 5 SAMPLE PROGRAMMING SESSION USING GUI SOFTWARE

EPV command, and program the target device.

Installing GUI software
Install the PG-FP4 GUI software in the PC you are using by referring to
CHAPTER 3 SOFTWARE
INSTALLATION
(if the software has not been installed yet).

Installing parameter file
Copy the parameter file for the
µ
PD70F3025A to the hard disk and install it in <FP4 install path>\PRM.
Download the parameter file from the following:

Connecting system
<1> Connect the PG-FP4 to the computer with the supplied RS-232C cable.
<2> Select an appropriate AC plug from those supplied with the PG-FP4 (Europe, the UK, the USA and Japan)
and connect it to the AC adapter to configure a PG-FP4 power supply unit.
<3> Connect the PG-FP4 power supply unit to the PG-FP4 and the main power supply.
