Note: Only measurements based on multi-well plates (6, 12, 24, 48, 96 or 384

well plates) can undergo further analysis.

Workaround: If image analysis is required for other vessel types such as flasks,
dishes or slides, please set up the measurement with one of the plate types instead.

are only displayed as

an analysis option if a fluorescence channel was acquired during the measurement
and if the measurement project does not contain stitched images.
