Operation

JuLI™ Stage - User Manual

IMPORTANT!



The JuLI

TM

Stage needs to be at a stable temperature. Before using the JuLI

TM

Stage in an incubator for the first time please follow the warm-up routine (30
minutes outside the incubator and 2 hours in the incubator while the JuLI

TM

Stage is turned on).



The well plate’s cover should be wetted with cell culture media before
monitoring. This step is required to avoid condensation inside the well plate
cover for monitoring.
