12.2.2.2 Scratch Basic

The

Scratch Basic

analysis can be used to quantify the wound confluence in

images over time - based on both brightfield or fluorescence images.

The main differences to the optionally available software

JuLI

Stage Scratch

, are

that there is only one readout

– wound confluence over time – (instead of 6 readouts

such as relative wound density and speed of wound closure) and that it can be
applied to all magnifications (instead of only 4x).

The wound can be oriented horizontally or vertically

10x, horizontal orientation

4x, vertical orientation
