Optimizing cell counting on fluorescence images

There are two tabs -

Intensity

and

Cell Size -

offered for optimization of the

segmentation.

Start by selecting a representative well and time point and click

Apply

to apply the

default settings of the

Intensity

tab.

The numerical result will be displayed in the cell counting results table (changing the
cycle number of a well will add one line, while applying different settings on the same
well and cycle number will overwrite the numbers in the table):
