Performing a high voltage test

The device is tested before delivery Note the following points if you want to
perform a high voltage test:

NOTICE

Damage to the device during the high voltage test

A high voltage test with a test voltage that is greater than the maximum per-
mitted test voltage can lead to damage to the device.
► Perform the high voltage test with a test voltage that is less than or

equal to the maximum permitted test voltage.

► Perform the high voltage test using only the permitted interfaces.

Based on the device configuration, you must only test the following assem-
blies. You must not test any other assemblies.
