Setup Messages

How to Set the Pressure Units

The command [

] identifies the units for the 651 controller display, where:

02  =  mBar

05  =  Pa

To query the current pressure units, enter:

To change the units to mTorr, enter:

Note

The [

value

] command assigns a

label

to the pressure units; it does

not convert pressure readings. Pressure readings are reported as a
percentage (%) of full scale.
