c) Calibration Procedure

Estimation by the force calibration has the following two ways.

1) Estimate by using the force sensor calibration window of RT ToolBox3
2) Estimated using the robot program.

1) Procedure for estimating by using the force sensor calibration window of RT ToolBox3

1)-1 Specify the program name for the calibration
1) Select [Tool]

→

[Force Sensor Calibration] from the project tree, Please Start force calibration

screen.

2) Please input the program name for the force calibration in the force calibration start screen.

(Input program is generated automatically, and force sensor calibration is executed.)

[Note]

After calibration is complete, the program will be deleted from the controller.

1)-2 Specify the control mode number (1 to 9) that stores the force sensor calibration result

1) Select the control mode number from the drop-down list of "Storage location" that stores the

result.

* At gravity offset cancel, the data of storage location specified by the control mode number is used.
