Cleaning of peeling sensor

To prevent the peeling sensor from the operation mistake due to blot, clean the peeling sensor periodically
(about once a week).

In addition, perform cleaning in the following status.

• The alarm beeps without the fabric being peeled.

• The alarm beeps even when the fabric is not taken up on the belt.

Wipe inside the three circles of the light reflector
with a cotton swab immersed in the washing
liquid.

Wipe the circles wiped in the Step 1 with a dry
cotton swab.

Wipe the three lens of the peeling sensor with a
cotton swab immersed in the washing liquid.

Wipe the lens wiped in the Step 3 with a dry
cotton swab.

• The peeling sensor may be dirty because of ink mist generated at printing and steam generated when

the fabric is evaporated.
