Maintenance of head nozzle surface
If you leave ink or dust adhering to the nozzle surface of the head during printing as it is, it may cause
discharging defect or capping defect.
Be sure to perform maintenance of the nozzle surface after the work is completed to keep the head nozzle
surface clean.
About cleaning solution
To perform head nozzle surface maintenance, maintenance cleaning solution suitable for ink you use is
required.

About “Cleaning solution bottle kit A29”
For the maintenance, use cleaning solution in the bottle.
When it gets empty, purchase new “Cleaning solution bottle kit A29” or “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack and
Refill bottle for cleaning solution”.

About “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack”
Before using “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack”, put it into the “Refill bottle for cleaning solution”.

About “Refill bottle for cleaning solution”
Put cleaning solution (2 liters) included in the “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack” into the bottle (1 liter x 2).
After using cleaning solution, recap it tightly.
• Do not rub the nozzle part of the ink head when performing maintenance. It may cause image quality
deterioration.
• If ink settles on the skin or fabrics, immediately wash it off with detergent or water. In the event that ink
gets in eyes, immediately rinse it off with water and consult a medical doctor.
• Sb210 Maintenance cleaning solution is the dedicated cleaning solution used for “NOZZLE CLEAN”
( P.4-8) or for “NOZZLE CLEAN 22 ( P.4-12) of the device with Sb210. Do not use Sb210 Main-
tenance cleaning solution for the device without Sb210. It may cause discharging defect.

• Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack (SPC-0631) [sold separately]
• Cleaning solution bottle kit A29 (SPC-0137) [sold separately]
• Cleaning solution in the “Cleaning solution bottle kit A29 (including 100cc)” is the same as the one in
the “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack (including 2L)”.
• “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack” is more inexpensive than “Cleaning solution bottle kit A29”.
• Before using “Aqueous cleaning solution 2L pack”, put it into the “Refill bottle for cleaning solution
(Product No.: SPC-0695). (The refill bottle is “1 liter-bottle x 2” and you can use it repeatedly as many
times as you want.)
• Do not leave the “Aqueous cleaning solution 2l pack” opened. Cleaning solution will deteriorate and
cleaning effect will weaken.
