Turn off the machine’s wall switch. Check that
the drum and motor rotate smoothly.

Drum/motor not rotating

smoothly

Wait at least 10 minutes to let motor cool, then
switch on machine power supply. Start a pro-
gram. Does the error code recur immediately?

Turn off the machine’s
wall switch. Disconnect
connector X3 by motor.
Use an ohmmeter to
check between X3:7 - 9
on the fixed half of the
connector (motor side).

extraction code 31-34). If no error code arises,
finally run motor for at least 10 minutes on its
highest extraction speed (code 33).
