5.29. Configuration of Network Parameters (IP Address, e.g.)
The functions of the submenu Network are used to set the
parameters for connecting the printer to a network (Ethernet).
Setting the IP address manually:

Notes
Turn the printer OFF LINE with this key.
Press the NEXT or PREVIOUS key until
[Network ] is displayed.
Press the ENTER key to select the Network
menu.
Press the NEXT or PREVIOUS key until
[IP Assign ] is displayed.
Press the ENTER key to select the IP Assign
menu.
The currently set configuration is displayed.
Press the NEXT or PREVIOUS key until
[Manual ] is displayed.
Press the ENTER key to set the
IP address manually.
Pressing the PLUS or MINUS key changes
the value of the current digit (left digit first,
in this example: 1). Pressing the NEXT key
moves you to the next digit (the PREVIOUS
key moves you back, if need be).
You can use the number block to set the
function value, too.
The new IP address is saved as setup value.
The printer is turned ON LINE again.
