CONFIGURING THE ATM CBR DSU

5 . 2. 7 Input config (version4.x)

This item facilitates uploading of config information from a stored Text file into a DSU. It also
requires the use of a PC as an intelligent Management terminal connected to the DSUs
terminal port. When

INPUT CONFIG

is selected from the menu screen, the following

message appears:

The Hyperterm path

TRANSFER / SEND TEXT FILE

is selected, together with the file

containing the config information. When a key is pressed, transfer of configuration data takes
place from a nominated file into the DSU’s memory.
