Practical Hints
First Aid Kit
The firs t aid kit is stowed in a cavity in
the hat shelf at the rear.
Vehicle Tool Kit
S pare wheel (1), ja c k (2) and the tool
kit are stow ed in a tro u g h below the
tru n k floor.
Fold back tru n k flo o r m at and rem ove
cover plate.
Note:
The ja ck is designed exclusively fo r
ja ckin g up the vehicle at the jack
tubes p ro vid e d on eith e r side of the
vehicle. Jack stands m ust be used
when w o rkin g u nder the vehicle.
Luggage or Ski Racks
The only type of rack to be m ounted
on the ro o f we reco m m e n d is the drip
rail m ounted type w hich has no other
s u p p o rts (suction cups or legs) to
s u p p o rt the rack on the roof. Such
s u p p o rts may lead to m arring of the
paint o r even d enting of the roof if
excessive w eight is placed on the
