Practical advice
Fuses
There are fuse boxes in the engine com-
partment, one on the left-hand side and
one on the right-hand side when viewed in
the direction of travel.
Fuse box on the left-hand side when viewed
in the direction of travel
1 Screws
2 Cover
3 Bridge
To open: take the crank out of the
Owner’s Manual wallet ( page 473).
Loosen screws
1 using the crank.
Remove bridge 3 .
Remove cover 2 .
To close: fit cover 2 .
Fit bridge 3 .
Tighten screws 1 using the crank.
Fuse box on the right-hand side when
viewed in the direction of travel
1 Retaining clips
2 Cover
To open: press retaining clips 1 .
Remove cover 2 .
To close: fit cover 2 .
Press cover 2 down by hand.

The cover must sit correctly, otherwise the
ingress of moisture or dirt could impair the func-
tion of the fuses.
The fuse box is behind the centre armrest
in the rear compartment.
1 Cover
To open: fold down the centre armrest.
Open the cover behind the centre arm-
rest.
Pull cover
1 forwards in the direction
of the arrow.
To close: press cover 1 backwards
until it engages.

Make sure that the seal in the cover is not
damaged during opening and closing.
