COMAND address book
To select a country: select the de-
sired country from the list.
To enter the town: proceed in the
same way as you would enter a desti-
nation as described in the "Entering the
town" section ( page 144).
To enter the road name: proceed in
the same way as you would enter a des-
tination as described in the "Entering a
road name" section ( page 147).
To enter the house number: proceed
in the same way as you would enter a
destination as described in the "Enter-
ing the house number" section
( page 150).
The navigation system begins route
calculation when the data is complete
and it corresponds with the digital map
data.

Your vehicle must be equipped with Lingua-
tronic* for voice entries. Voice entries are
not possible for address book entries from the
phone book on the mobile phone.
Adding or changing a voice entry

You can add one voice entry per address
book entry.
Search for the address book entry with
or without a voice entry ( page 187).
Select
"Options" "Voice tag"
"Add" or "Edit" .
Subsequent operation is controlled
by voice. Linguatronic* guides you
through the dialogues.
Deleting a voice entry
Search for the address book entry with
a voice entry ( page 187).
Select
"Options" "Voice tag" "De-
lete" .
A deletion prompt appears.
Select
"Yes" or "No" .
COMAND deletes the voice entry de-
pending on your selection.
Listening to a voice entry
Search for the address book entry with
a voice entry ( page 187).
Select "Options" "Voice tag" "Lis-
ten" .
You will hear the voice entry.
Storing a phone book entry as a new
entry

The mobile phone must be inserted into the
bracket.
Search for an entry in the phone book
on the mobile phone ( page 187).
or
Display the details from an entry in the
phone book on the mobile phone
( page 190).
Select
"Options" "Save" "New en-
try" .
Select a number category, e.g. "Home" .
Select a telephone category, e.g.
"Landline telephone number" .
