Do not use dry, coarse or hard cloths and do
not scrub. You will otherwise scratch or damage
the Distronic or Distronic Plus cover.
Restart your vehicle after it has been
cleaned.
Parktronic*
The sensors are located in the front and
rear bumpers.
1 Parktronic sensors in the front bumper
Clean the sensors in the bumper with
water, car shampoo and a soft cloth.

Do not use dry, coarse or hard cloths and do
not scrub. You will otherwise scratch or damage
the sensors. If you use a high-pressure cleaner
or steam cleaner to clean the sensors, observe
the information issued by the equipment manu-
facturer relating to how much distance should be
maintained between the vehicle and the nozzle
of the high-pressure cleaner or steam cleaner.
Park Assist* and Parking Guidance*
The sensors are integrated in the front and
rear bumpers and are not visible from the
outside.

Clean the sensor area on the front and
rear bumper with water, car shampoo
and a soft cloth.
