Getting Started

Inserting the UIM

Remove the back cover.

•

Slide the back cover in the direction ②,
pushing it in the direction ①.

Remove the battery pack
(P.28), and hold the tab to
pull out the tray.

Place the UIM on the tray,
setting the IC surface on the
downside.

Insert the tray to the end.

Removing the UIM

Remove the back cover and
the battery pack.

Hold the tab to pull out the
tray, then remove the UIM.

NOTE



Do not force the UIM when inserting/

removing it. The UIM may be damaged.

microSD Card

A microSD card can be used with any other
compatible devices.



The FOMA terminal supports a microSD
card of up to 2 GB, and a microSDHC card
of up to 32 GB (as of March 2011).
