This supplement contains information necessary to ensure the accuracy of the above manual.
Change 1
On page 115 the original text under the table “Resistance uncertainty” has been replaced with the following:
*1
Specification is valid for four-terminal connection using Option 70 Cable adapter. For two-terminal
connection from front panel terminal add
20 mOhm
.
Change 2
On page 115 the text under the table “Resistance uncertainty” has been added:
*3
In range 200 k
to 1000 M
specification is valid for two-terminal connection directly to front panel
terminals Hi-Lo.
Change 3
On page 58 added explanation of standard ohmmeter connection during calibration procedure
Calibration in resistance range of calibration points from 0 Ω to 100 kΩ must be done using Option 70 cable
adapter (four-terminal connection). Four-wire output resistance is defined at the test leads of the cable adapter.
Calibration in resistance range of calibration points from 100 kΩ to 1 GΩ must be done without Option 70 cable
adapter application (two-terminal connection). Use front panel terminals Hi-Lo for connection of standard
ohmmeter.
On page 58 added calibration point 190 MΩ to the Table 12 “Resistance”.
Change 4
On page 118, table “Ranges and uncertainties of RTD sensor simulation”. Changed specification:
-
Pt100, lower range changed from 0.1°C to 0.2°C
-
Pt200, higher range changed from 0.2°C to 0.3°C
Change 5
On page 114, section “Current”. Changed specification of 30 Adc and 30 Aac current ranges and merged with
20 A ranges:
-
Original 30 Adc specification: [0.02 + 0.003*(I-20)] % of value + 2000 µA
-
Original 30 Aac specification: [0.10 + 0.003*(I-20)] % of value + 6000 µA
-
New 30 Adc specification: 0.02 % of value + [2000 + 0.9*(I-20)] µA
-
New 30 Aac specification: 0.10 % of value + [6000 + 0.9*(I-20)] µA
-
Other formatting changes in the section which don’t change specifications or meaning of texts
