Bring the first cylinder into compression. Confirm using
the MST

Remove the front cover on the timing cover.

Ensure that the “O” rings on the front cover is kept
securely so that it can be reused if not damaged while
reassembly.

Remove the HPP mounting nut

Using the pusher remove the High Pressure Pump.
