To export a document:

Select File > Export.

In the Export Document dialog box (Windows) or the Export dialog box (Macintosh), enter a 
name for the file and select a location where it will be saved. 

Export dialog box: Windows and Macintosh

Select the file format from the Save as Type menu (Windows) or the Format menu 
(Macintosh).

Select the Area option if you’ve previously defined an export area with the Output Area tool.
