TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
One of the functions of the Control Board is
to limit the output loading to 370-400 amps
for three-phase operation (225-275 amps
for single-phase).
The functioning circuit will reduce the output
amperage to approximately 200 amps in
three-phase operation (100-190 amps sin-
gle-phase) when overcurrent loading is
detected.
MATERIALS NEEDED
•
Analog voltmeter/ohmmeter (multimeter)
•
V300-I wiring diagrams
•
NOTE: See Figure F.22 for Overcurrent
Protection Current Trigger Circuit.
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
