Data Bits must be set to 7 or 8.

Installing a printer driver
You must install a printer driver on the computer that is connected to the printer.

Insert the drivers CD into your CD-ROM drive. It should launch automatically. If the CD does
not launch automatically, click Start

Run, and type the following in the Run dialog box:
D:/Setup.exe
Where D=the letter of your CD-ROM drive.

Click Install Printer and Software.

Click Agree to accept the Printer Software License Agreement.

Select Custom, and click Next.

Select Select Components, and click Next.

Select Local, and click Next.

Select your printer from the list, and click Add Printer.

Expand the printer item listed below Selected Components.
