1. No transfer charging.
A. The connector terminals of the high-voltage
transformer PCB make poor contact.
B. Defective main PCB
C. Defective high-voltage transformer PCB.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Check if CN6-8 on the main PCB goes low when maintenance item
U101 is run. If not, replace the main PCB.
Check if transfer charging takes place when CN1-8 on the high-
voltage transformer PCB goes low while maintenance item U101 is
run. If not, replace the high-voltage transformer PCB.

A. Broken main charger wire.
B. Leaking main charger housing.
C. The connector terminals of the high-voltage
transformer PCB make poor contact.
D. Defective main PCB.
E. Defective high-voltage transformer PCB.
2. Exposure lamp fails to light.
A. The connector terminals of the exposure
lamp make poor contact.
B. Defective inverter PCB.
C. Defective main PCB.

(entirely black).
Causes
1. No main charging.
2. Exposure lamp fails to light.
Replace the main charger unit.
Clean the main charger wire, grid and shield.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Check if CN6-13 on the main PCB goes low when maintenance item
U100 is run. If not, replace the main PCB.
Check if main charging takes place when CN1-3 on the high-voltage
transformer PCB goes low while maintenance item U100 is run. If
not, replace the high-voltage transformer PCB.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.
Check if the exposure lamp lights when CN2-1 and 2-4 on the
inverter PCB go low while maintenance item U061 is run. If not,
replace the inverter PCB.
Check if CN12-1 and 12-2 on the main PCB go low when
maintenance item U061 is run. If not, replace the main PCB.
