(2-2) Fitting the scanner wires

Caution:
When fitting the wires, be sure to use those specified below.
Machine front: P/N 2A11208 (gray)
Machine rear: P/N 2A11209 (black)

Fitting requires the following tools:
Two frame securing tools (P/N 2A168080)

Procedure

1. Remove the two screws holding the motor

retainer grounding plate and then the plate.
Remove the four screws holding the scanner
motor unit and then the unit.

2. Remove the screw and the gear.

3. Remove the each E ring and bushing from

the front and rear of the scanner wire drum
shaft and then remove the scanner wire drum
shaft from the scanner unit.
