1-6-6 Fixing section

(1) Detaching and refitting the fixing unit
Follow the procedure below to check or replace the fixing unit.

Procedure

1. Open the paper conveying unit and remove

the left cover.

2. Remove the two screws and detach the three

connector and then remove the fixing unit.

(2) Detaching and refitting the fixing unit thermistor
Follow the procedure below to replace the fixing unit thermistor.

Procedure

1. Remove the fixing unit.
2. Remove the screw and then remove the

fixing unit thermistor.

3. Replace the fixing unit thermistor and refit all

the removed parts.
