Raise the stop cock (1) and move it to position (I).

Closing the stop cock

Raise the stop cock (1) and move it to position (II).

The parking brake (2) is located on the front side of the machine on the drawbar. The parking
brake (2) is used to secure the machine from unintentionally rolling away, .

In order to prevent the machine from rolling away, also use the wheel chocks,

refer to page 77

The figure shows the parking brake applied.

Applying the parking brake (2)

Push in the key (1) and apply the parking brake (2) until the resistance has increased
noticeably.

Releasing the parking brake (2)

Push in the key (1) and press parking brake (2) all the way down.
