Bale chamber bale formation conveyor

Possible cause

Remedy

FMI 1: The setpoint speed of the bale formation conveyor of the bale chamber was below the
minimum.

The bale formation conveyor
is rotating slower than it
should. Slippage is occurring.

Use fewer blades.

Completely switch off blades or partially remove.

Reduce the baling pressure.

Check and set the sensor B01 "Speed of bale chamber",

Check and set the sensor B05 "Slip floor conveyor",

page 229

Very heavy and/or wet crops
are being loaded.

Possible cause

Remedy

FMI 0: There is a filling problem. The round bale in the bale chamber is too small on the right
side.

The bale chamber is filled
very unevenly. More crops
were fed in on the left side
than on the right side.

Fill the bale chamber more evenly.

Drive more slowly at the end of the round bale.
