Malfunction Possible cause Remedy
The left-right display is too
sensitive. For Comprima F155(XC):
The spring tubes on the belt
tensioning device are running
too sluggishly (refer to
chapter entitled “Setting the
Bale Diameter”).
• Lubricate inner tube
Net is not cut off neatly. The blade cassette does not
completely drop down.
• Remove the impurities.
Dull blades.
• Change blades.
Ratchet mechanism does not
come up.
• Readjust the cable.
The net does not reach the
outside edges of the bale. Net is not decelerated
correctly during wrapping
process.
• Check setting of brake
system.
The net got caught on the
cut-off blades.
• Check setting of cut-off
blades.
Tailgate cannot be opened
correctly. Hydraulic hose is not
inserted. • Insert hydraulic hose into
the corresponding
coupling.
The tailgate cannot be
closed.
Sand, stones etc. have
accumulated on the
collection plate. • Mount cover sheet of
collection plate by one
borehole to the rear.
The bale does not roll or rolls
just slowly out of the bale
chamber. The sides are filled too much
or the baling pressure is too
high. • Do not drive too far to the
side.
Net tears when reducing the
diameter of the net. The spring for brake is too
tight. • Move the spring for
brake on the tension
lever.
