Observe the status of the 2 LEDs:

If both LEDs are not illuminated, check the site power to the TRANSFORMER T1.

Is the FAULT-ALARM LED illuminated?

Check and reset the CIRCUIT BREAKER on the TRANSFORMER T1.

Remove and then install the POWER CORD on the TRANSFORMER T1.

Note

This should reset the TRANSFORMER T1.

Are the LEDs illuminated correctly?
