The purpose of this command is to synchronize your application with the instrument.

Used in conjunction with initiated acquisitions, initiated transients, output state changes, and out-
put to settling time to provide a way to poll or interrupt the computer when these pending oper-
ations complete.

Other commands may be executed before the operation complete bit is set.

The difference between *OPC and *OPC? is that *OPC? returns "1" to the output buffer when the
current operation completes.
*OPC?
Returns a 1 to the output buffer when all pending operations complete. The response is delayed until
all pending operations complete.
