cylinders are completely retracted

(suspension locked).

Check outrigger extension width

Before starting work, check that the outriggers are extended to

the width speciﬁed in the lifting capacity chart.

Avoid crane operations with any of four outriggers not extended

fully

If it is inevitable to operate the crane with outriggers extended

halfway, retracted to the minimum length or not used at all,

obtain permission of the worksite manager before beginning

with the work. Also, perform the operations more carefully and
slowly while bearing the motto "safety ﬁrst" in mind.
