3.0 Introduction
Congratulations on purchasing your Automatic Tire
Changer:
Thanks to this machine’s state-of-the-art computer
technology-based design, tire mounting and
demounting operations can now be performed
automatically.
Specifi cally manufactured for professionals with a
busy work schedule, this machine changes tires
automatically. Following a preset operating cycle
stored in the machine’s memory, all operations are
performed in complete safety. This is possible thanks
to numerous sensors that provide the software
instantly with the exact situation of the various parts
so the operator can choose to activate or pause the
operating cycle. As long as the relevant lever is kept in
the ON position, automated parts perform the required
operations. But as soon as the lever is released, the
automatic procedure is paused and all the mobile
parts stop moving (this can be done at any time). This
enables certain manoeuvres to be performed, such
as lubricating the beads or any other activities that
the operator may deem necessary. If required, certain
steps in the program can even be repeated.
Your tire changer has been designed to diminish the
operator’s workload and minimize mistakes thanks to
its automatic work cycle. The machine’s accuracy and
power control also enable all operations to be carried
out with the utmost effi ciency. Note for example how
rapidly bead breaking is carried out with both caution
and decisiveness.
Your tire changer has been designed to operate
efficiently on both the conventional tires widely
available on the market and also on sports and run-fl at
tires mounted on rims with diameters of less than 30”.
All the Automatic operations performed by this device
have been designed to be safe and reliable.
If you observe the recommended maintenance
schedule and take good care of it, your tire changer
will provide many years of trouble-free operation.
