Installation Instructions
Unpacking instructions
Uncrate the machine paying particular attention when
cutting the plastic straps or during any other operation
which may be hazardous.
After removing the external cover check for any visible
damage to the machine and its components.In case of
doubt call qualifi ed personnel for assistance.
The packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, nails,
screws, wood etc.) must be properly disposed of.
Place the above mentioned materials into a trash
container and dispose per local regulations.
WARNING:
ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES WHEN
UNCRATING THE MACHINE TO PREVENT
SCRATCHES OR ABRASIONS DUE TO CONTACT
WITH PACKING MATERIALS.
Handling the machine
In case the machine is to be moved from one working
place to another, proceed as follows:
•
Fix the lifting bracket
(a, Fig.ii-3)
to the area
shown here and indicated by the relative plate on the
machine (
Fig.ii-2
) using the bolts
(b, Fig.ii-3)
supplied,
as shown.
•
Screw the rod
(3, Fig.ii-3)
securely into the seat-
ing.
•
Bring the bead pusher arm
“c”
to its working
position and tie it to the wheel machine upright so it
does not move during transport.
•
Rise the wheels lifter (
e
, Fig.ii-4
) completely up.
Move the Center Post (
f
, Fig.ii-4
) completely
towards the column of the machine.
•
Disconnect the electrical and pneumatic power
supplies.
•
Remove from the machine any accessories or
parts that might fall during handing and so cause
danger.
•
Fasten the belt at the suggested lift point
(1, Fig.
ii-4)

WARNING:USE LOAD STRAPS AND HOOKS WITH A
LOAD-BEARING CAPACITY OF AT LEAST 1000 KG.
•
Lift with a suitable hoist or fork-lift truck.
WARNING:
DO NOT USE METAL CABLES DO
NOT USE STORAGE BELTS
DO NOT USE
PACKING STRAPS.
•
Remove the lifting racket (

).
