NOTE:
1. Personality settings can be adjusted within the
adjustment range in order to achieve optimum
machine performance.
2. Stop watch should start when the function is acti-
vated.Not with the controller or switch.
3. Unless noted, function speeds should be measured
from platform.
4. Platform speed knob must be at full speed (fully
clockwise).
5. All test should be done with the oil temp above 70° F
(21° C).
Machine Orientation When Setting Speeds:
1. LIFT UP , from ground control, lowest elevation up to
maximum elevation, rated load in the platform.
2. LIFT DOWN , from ground control, maximum eleva-
tion down to lowest elevation, rated load in the plat-
form.
3. DRIVE HIGH SPEED , high speed setting, drive 50 ft.
front wheels to front wheels.
Timed after machine has obtained maximum speed.
4. DRIVE MID SPEED , high torque setting, drive 50 ft.
front wheels to front wheels.
Timed after machine has obtained maximum speed.
DRIVE ELEV MAX (Fwd/rev - Platform out of Transport) ,
high speed setting, raise platform above transport, drive
50 ft. Check FWD and REV. Time for faster direction must
fall within target range. Slower direction may exceed tar-
get range.
