23269 2 3 “Left Rear Ram Cylinder Pressure Switch
Disagreement”
If the Machine is Elevated, Drive is
Prevented.
If the Machine is Stowed, Drive
Speed is set to Elevated and the Front
Axle Cylinders are locked.
Lift Up and Quik Level Prevented. • The Ground Module has determined that the Rear Left Ram
Cylinder Pressure Switch NO and NC inputs (J7-21/J7-22) are
both reading as Open or Closed.
• Check pressure switch or harness for damage. Switch may
need replaced.
2410 2 4 “Rear Right Leveling Jack Stow Switch
Faulty”
No Restrictions. • Rear Right Leveling Jack Stow Switch is reading Stowed
while the rest of the Leveling Jack Switches are reading Set.
• Check switch for damage or faulty wiring.
2512 2 5 “Elev Angle Sensor Not Detecting
Change”
Lift Up Prevented. • The Arm Angle Sensor Value is not Changing while a Lift Up
Function is being Commanded.
• Check the Armstack Tilt Sensor for damage or faulty wiring.
Check the Lift Enable and Flow Control Valves for damage or
faulty wiring.
2555 2 5 “Function Prevented - Selected Before
FSW”
Functions Prevented until the Joy-
stick is Centered. • If the Market = Korea, the Joystick is out of the Center Posi-
tion before the Foot-switch is pressed.
2588 2 5 “Function Prevented - Leveling Jacks State
Unknown”
Drive and Lift Up Prevented. • The UGM has determined that One/All of the Leveling Jack
Stow Switches are not reading stowed and Pressure Trans-
ducers are reading that the Leveling Jacks are not Extended.
•
• Check if a Leveling Jack cylinder has leaked down out of
stowed position, attempt Leveling Jack Retract. Check the
Platform Display or Analyzer Diagnostics to identify which
jack is showing as Open and check that switch for damage or
faulty wiring.
2593 2 5 “Function Problem - Speed Select Perma-
nently Selected”
If Machine is in Platform Mode, All
Machine Functions are Prevented. • The Platform Drive Speed Select Digital Input Signal at the
Platform Module (Pin 20) is HIGH at Machine Power ON.
• Check the select switch for damage or faulty wiring.
3310 3 3 “Steer Right Valve - Open Circuit” • UGM Detects that the Steer Right Valve (J2-3) is reading as
an Open Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
333 3 3 “Lift Up Valve - Short To Battery” All Machine Functions Prevented
except Lift Down. • UGM Detects that the Lift Up Valve (J2-7) is reading a Short
to Battery Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
33314 3 3 “Flow Control Valve - Open Circuit” No Response • UGM Detects that the Flow Control Valve (J2-31) is reading
as an Open Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
33315 3 3 “Flow Control Valve - Short To Battery” Drive Prevented when Machine is
Elevated.
Lift Up and Down Prevented. • UGM Detects that the Flow Control Valve (J2-31) is reading a
Short to Battery Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
33316 3 3 “Flow Control Valve -short To Ground” No Response • UGM Detects that the Flow Control Valve (J2-31) is reading a
Short to Ground Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
33317 3 3 “Drive Forward Valve - Open Circuit” Drive and Lift Up are Prevented in
Platform Mode. • UGM Detects that the Drive Forward Valve (J14-9) is reading
as an Open Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
33318 3 3 “Drive Forward Valve - Short to Battery” Drive, Steer, Leveling Jacks/Quik
Level, and Lift Up are Prevented in
Platform Mode. • UGM Detects that the Drive Forward Valve (J14-9) is reading
a Short to Battery Circuit.
• Check valve connector for damage or faulty wiring.
