2285 2 2 “Function Problem - Start Permanently
Selected”
If Machine is in Platform Mode, All
Machine Functions are Prevented. • The Platform Engine Start Select Digital Input Signal at the
Platform Module (Pin 4) is HIGH at Machine Power ON.
• Check the select switch for damage or faulty wiring.
22102 2 2 “Trigger Faulty” If Machine is in Platform Mode, All
Machine Functions are Prevented. • The Ground Module trigger input J7-15 is reading HIGH and
the Platform Module trigger input (Pin 5) is reading LOW.
• Check the joystick for damage or faulty wiring. Check volt-
age at J7-15 with trigger open, there should be 0V.
23107 2 3 “Function Problem - Lift Up Permanently
Selected”
Lift Up & Down Prevented. • The Ground Module Input for Ground Mode Lift Up (J4-6) is
High at Machine Power ON.
• Check the select switch for damage or faulty wiring.
23108 2 3 "Function Problem - Lift Down Perma-
nently Selected”
Lift Up & Down Prevented. • The Ground Module Input for Ground Mode Lift Down (J4-7)
is High at Machine Power ON.
• Check the select switch for damage or faulty wiring.
23153 2 3 “Function Problem - Engine Start Perma-
nently Selected”
Engine Start, Lift Up & Down Pre-
vented. • The Ground Module Input for Ground Mode Engine Start (J4-
4) is High at Machine Power ON.
• Check the select switch for damage or faulty wiring.
23245 2 3 “Elevation Sensors - Disagreement” Lift Up is Prevented. • The Machine's Arm Angle Sensor is reading as Elevated and
the Platform Stow Switch is reading as Stowed.
• Check the platform stow switch status in the JLG Analyzer >
Diagnostics > Elev Sensor. The NO status should be Open
and the NC status should be Closed. Check the stow switch
for damage or faulty wiring. Check the stow switch arm is
functioning properly. If stow switch is operating correctly
then check the Arm Angle Sensor for damage or faulty wir-
ing.
23263 2 3 “Rear Axle Tilt Sensor Stagnant” Lift Up and Quik Level Prevented
If the Machine is Elevated, Drive is
Prevented. • The Rear Axle Tilt Sensor value is not changing when Drive is
Active.
• Check sensor for damage or faulty wiring. The Sensor may
need replaced.
23264 2 3 “Platform Stow Switch - Faulty” Lift Up is Prevented. • The UGM is detecting that the Platform Stow Switch NO and
NC inputs (J4-5/J4-8) are both reading the same state.
• Check switch for damage or faulty wiring. The Switch may
need replaced.
23265 2 3 “Rear Left Axle Unlocking Valve - Leaking” If the Machine is Elevated, Drive is
Prevented.
If the Machine is Stowed, Drive
Speed is set to Elevated and the Front
Axle Cylinders are locked.
Lift Up and Quik Level Prevented.
• The Ground Module has determined that the Rear Left Axle
Valve may be leaking when not commanded by the Control
System after a Quik Level Function has completed
23266 2 3 “Rear Right Axle Unlocking Valve - Leak-
ing”
If the Machine is Elevated, Drive is
Prevented.
If the Machine is Stowed, Drive
Speed is set to Elevated and the Front
Axle Cylinders are locked.
Lift Up and Quik Level Prevented. • The Ground Module has determined that the Rear Right Axle
Valve may be leaking when not commanded by the Control
System after a Quik Level Function has completed.
23268 2 3 “Right Rear Ram Cylinder Pressure Switch
Disagreement”
If the Machine is Elevated, Drive is
Prevented.
If the Machine is Stowed, Drive
Speed is set to Elevated and the Front
Axle Cylinders are locked.
Lift Up and Quik Level Prevented. • The Ground Module has determined that the Rear Right Ram
Cylinder Pressure Switch NO and NC inputs (J7-11/J7-12) are
both reading as Open or Closed.
• Check pressure switch or harness for damage. Switch may
need replaced.
