12.4.2 Setting the operating temperature
 Follow the instructions below to bring up or program a set point:
 press the
SET
button for more than 1 second to bring up a set point,
 use the AUX or DEF buttons to increase or decrease the set point as
appropriate to set its desired value,
 press the SET button again to confirm the entered value.
12.4.3 Manual defrosting
In order to turn on manual defrosting, press the DEF button for over 5 sec. (the
message “dFb” is going to appear for a while). Pressing the DEF button for longer
than 5 seconds causes defrosting to be switched off (the message “dFE” is going
to appear for a while)

 pressing the FNC button twice or not pressing any button within 15 seconds
is going to cause the controller to return to normal operation
12.3.3 Manual defrosting
Defrosting is carried out automatically. It is however to force defrosting at any time
by pressing and holding the
UP button for at least 5 seconds
12.4 IR33/IR33 + CAREL controller
12.4.1 Display and key functions
Symbol Function
Changes parameters and their values. Holding down for extended periods turns
the adjustment on/off.

the AUX output on/off.
Cancelling the active alarm. Holding for three seconds starts the programming
mode.
Confirms settings. Holding down for one second allows to change the setpoint.
Holding for five seconds activates manual defrosting.
