I n order to replace the lighting :

Switch off the power source

Disconnect the luminaire’s power cord from the installation

Remove the luminaire from the retaining clips, taking care to do so evenly
without causing excessive deformation of the luminaire
 Insta ll the new luminaire in the retaining clips
 Connect the power cord of the luminaire to the installation
 Switch on the power supply
7.8 Periodic inspections
Periodic inspection plays an important role in ensuring the efficiency of the
technical equipment in use, and primarily it ensures safe operation.
Periodic inspections must be carried out by an appropriately qualified person.
7.8.1 Inspection of mechanical components and design of the unit
It is necessary to carry out annual periodic inspections due to the fact t hat the
refrigeration and freezer units come with moving mechanisms: opening doors,
sliding doors, hinged and lift
- up windows and sliding lids.
During the inspection, inspect the correct operation of the moving mechanisms :
 hinges – assess the technical condition of the mechanisms, in particular the
hinge pins, mechanical damage, play, check the correct range of movement
of the door, the proper adhesion to the frame or the structure in the closed
position, the tightness of the seals, the limitation of the maximum opening,
the stability of the handle fixing,

slid bars – inspect the correct range of movement of the covers, adequate
slip, lateral play, stop positions, mechanical damage,
 roller tracks – assess the correct range of movement of the door, the
condition of the track and stoppers, the correct pressure on the edge of the
door in the closed position, the stability of the handle,
 tilting systems – check the range of movement of the glass, the technical
condition of the fastenings, the correct locking position,
 lift systems – check the range of movement of the glass, the technical
condition of the gas springs and the support and rotation mechanisms of the
glass, the even pressure on the glass in the closed position.
7.8.2 Electrical and refrigeration inspections
The periodic inspections of the electrical installation are carried out in accordance
with the local legislation.
