In the event that goods with highly aggressive properties (silage, fish)
which can affect the corrosion are stored in the device, the interior should
be cleaned more frequently (daily). Do not allow corrosion to develop. The
condition of the components and installation should be inspected during
cleaning to prevent damage to the unit.
NOTE!!! In the event of storing chemically aggressive products (silage, fish,
etc.) in the unit, use an external condensate drainage system connected to
sewage drain. The manufacturer is not responsible for equipment failures
caused by contamination cause by highly aggressive (corrosive) products
Always clean the inside of the unit after disconnecting the electrical
system! After disconnecting the plug, the operator must be able to check if
the plug is disconnected from any angle. If that is not permitted due to the
construction of the equipment or its installation, ensure a system allowing
for a disconnection with a locking system in an isolated position.
Please take particular care during cleaning operations of the inside of the unit
and the
condenser. The inside of the unit contains sharp
-
edged metal
components. Please use hand protection to prevent wounds and cuts.
7.3
Condenser cleaning
Check the cleanliness of the condenser at least once a month.
Carry out cleaning when soiling is discovered. Regardless of the result of the visual
inspection, the condenser should be cleaned every 3 months. On units fitted with a
special type of lamella
-
free condenser, cleaning should absolutely be carried out
every 6 months.
The condenser must be kept clean at all times. The cleanliness of the
condenser fins directly affects the correct operation of the unit.
Steps required to check the cleanliness of the condenser and cleaning
:
switch the device off using the control panel,
disconnect the power supply to the device by removing the plug from the
socket,
remove the device base cover marked with the sticker “condenser”; hold the
cover with two hands and slide it upwards and away from the device one by
one,
clean the condenser with a broom by moving alo
ng the condenser fins (a
heavily soiled condenser may need to be cleaned with a stream of air, e.g.
from a hoover, to ensure free airflow during normal operation),
