5.8 Connection to water loop (equipment option)
Semi-plug-in and hybrid units equipped with water plate heat exchangers and
energy recovery systems must be connected to the appropriate water circuit.
Connection of the device to the water system should be carried out by suitably
qualified personnel. Extreme care must be taken when making connections so
that the integrity of the refrigeration system is not compromised.
Operating a semi plug-in device unconnected to the water loop is prohibited.
Any plumbing systems connected to the unit should safely discharge excess
pressure. This should not lead to the release of flammable medium into areas
served by other circuits if these do not meet the minimum room area limit.
The maximum permissible inlet water temperature is 45°C.
6. OPERATION
The unit is filled with Group A3 refrigerant (propane or isobutane). These are
flammable and explosive gases. The following recommendations must be
strictly adhered to during use:

Do not block the ventilation openings in the unit housing or in the built-
in structure!
 Protect the refrigeration system against damage!
 Do not use electrical equipment of a type other than that recommended
by the manufacturer inside the food storage compartment!
Do not store explosive substances such as cans with an aerosol of
flammable gas.
6.1 Temperature control and measurement
As standard, the unit is equipped with an electronic controller for refrigeration
(freezer) units with two temperature measuring probes: chamber temperature and
defrost temperature. A pre
- programmed duty cycle ensures correct operation of
the unit under rated conditions.
The electronic digital thermostat acts as a direct - acting thermostat (i.e. controls the
device). It performs the function of an additional display, which displays the
following information, depending on the operating mode
:

during normal operation – the temperature value measured by the chamber
probe,
 in the parameter selection phase – the parameter code or value associated
with it,

during an alarm – alarm code.
