Schneiden Sie die Windschutzscheibe mit Übermaß aus dem
Tiefziehteil und passen diese schrittweise der Rumpfkontur an.
Using a pair of scissors, carefully cut out the windshield along the top
and side molded radius, and along the scribe line around the base of
the windshield.

Position the windshield into place. The top edge of the windshield
should be even with the back edge of the top of the fuselage, and the
sides and base of the windshield should fit flush against the sides and
front of the fuselage. The sides of the windshield should also overlap the
window posts approximately 1/8" or more.
IMPORTANT
When initially cut out, the windshield will be oversized.
This allows you to custom-fit the windshield. Remove
small amounts of material at a time until you are satisfied
with the fit.
When satisfied with the fit, sand the edges of the windshield smooth and straight.
Carefully glue the windshield into place using Pacer Formula 560 Canopy Glue. Remove any excess glue before it dries, using a paper towel soaked
with water, and use pieces of masking tape to hold the windshield in place until the glue fully cures.
