Firmly engage the upper end plate in its close position.
The central axis is not aligned with end plate center. You may have to slightly orientate
the end plate so that its can be inserted in position.

Using the standard opening closing tool lock both endplate by screwing the lower end
plate locking screw until both end-plates are firmly held in place.
(Allen key size 10, screwing torque: 60 Nm)
5.
Reassemble the lever.
