II.2.3.5 Optional Pressure Telemetry Mode
This function is activated upon:
•
Transponder or Responder positioning interrogation. The pressure telemetry cycle is
added or not after the positioning transmission depending on the status of the
Telemetry mode (this mode is activated by the Telemetry ON/OFF command from the
acoustic remote control).
•
Remote control (specific remote control command).
This function allows the transponder to send to the surface by acoustic or serial link, the
data from an optional pressure sensor.
