Reviewing the Device Version Properties
The Administration>Device page lets the administrator display and view
complete device version information for the various components.

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab. The Device page opens.
4 Select
Version
.
You can view the following component version information:
Printer
Manufacturer
,
Copier Firmware Version
,
Copier Main ROM Version
,
Copier Scanner ROM
Version
,
Printer DSI Version
,
OS Version
,
Network Card Type
,
Network Card Model
,
MAC
Address
,
Network Card Driver Version
, and
CPU Type
.
Setting up Error and Event Notification
As an administrator, you can configure notification settings and receive
e-mail notification of system errors.

Log in as the administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Notification
subtab. The Notification page opens.
4 Check the
Notify administrator at e-mail address
box and enter an e-mail
address in the field.
5 Check the boxes to select the events of which you want to be notified.
6 Click
Save
to save the notification information or
Reset
to reset the
notification settings to their previously saved values.
Setting Controller Preferences
Use the Preferences tab to set options, such as the date and time format,
the number of jobs and messages to display in the logs, and the language
