Setting the Service Phone Number
1 Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab. The Device page opens.
4 Under Properties, enter the phone number for service on the
controller in the
Service Phone Number
field.
5 Click
Save
.
Setting the Administrative Message
To display a message about the controller on the Device page for all users
to read:
1
Login as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab. The Device page opens.
4 Under Properties, type your message in the
Administrative Message
field.
This field allows a maximum of 39 characters.
5 Click
Save
.
Setting the Date and Time
1 Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab. The Device page opens.

, click the drop-down menus and select the
month, day, year, hour, minute, second, and AM or PM settings.
5 Click the
Time-Zone
drop-down menu and select the appropriate time
zone.
6 Check the
Automatically Adjust for Daylight Savings Change
box to
automatically adjust the controller time settings on the daylight
savings scheduled dates. Deselect to adjust time manually or for
areas not affected by Daylight Savings Time schedules.
7 Click
Save
.
Note: When you perform this procedure, Printer Utility synchronizes
the date and time settings of the controller with those of the copier.
