From the
New Project
screen’s left pane, click to highlight the
Platform Builder for CE 6.0
option.

From the right pane, click to high-light the
OS Design
option.
•
Enter
MyWinCE
as the name of the OS design project.
•
Make sure the
Create directory for solution
check box is checked.
•
Click on the
OK
button to continue.

When a new CE 6.0 OS design project is selected, the VS2005 IDE launches the Windows Embedded
CE 6.0 OS Design Wizard and steps through the process to configure the initial OS design project, as
shown in Figure 8.
