Using the Setup Utility

Setup Utility

To start the Setup Utility when your computer is on,
follow these steps:

Save all open files and close all software programs.

Click the

Start

button on your Windows desktop.

Click the

Shut Down

option.

From the Shut Down Windows window, click

Restart

the computer

and then click the

Yes

button.

When the IBM logo screen appears, press the

key.

To start the Setup Utility when your computer is off,
follow these steps:

Turn on your monitor.

Turn on your system.

When the IBM logo screen appears, press the

key.
